Emotional
Release
Is emotional baggage
keeping you from being the person you were designed to
be?
To work through various
emotional problems I believe there is an unseen or spiritual
realm that must be dealt with. I believe we are spirits that
have a soul (mind, will, emotions) and live in a human body
therefore we often struggle in our human
experiences.
Most human beings repress
their emotions associated with emotional trauma (i.e. abuse,
disappointment, conflict, betrayal, or deception) rather than
dealing with them. A person’s thought patterns are formed from
his/her experience, environment, and education. These thought
patterns determine ones feelings, decisions, and behaviors.
Therefore if a person is struggling emotionally it is necessary
to release negative emotions. According to my personal and
educational experience, this is both a mental and spiritual
process that takes place as thought patterns and beliefs are
changed.
Services Offered for Emotional Release:
Anger Management
Most people stereotype anger by assuming that it always results in shouting,
slamming fists, or throwing things. However, anger is not the one
dimensional. In fact, all of the statements below represent feelings of
anger.
- When I a displeased with someone I shut down any communication and
withdraw.
- I get very tense inside as I tackle a demanding task.
- I feel frustrated when I see someone else having fewer struggles
than I.
- There are times when my discouragement just makes me want to call it
quits.
- I can be quite aggressive in my business pursuits or even when just
playing a game.
We all deal with anger in our lives—whether it be in a subtle or violent
manner. Being angry can involve such emotional expressions as frustration,
irritability, annoyance, aggravation, blowing off steam, or fretting. The
good news is anger can be managed.
We offer a unique 13 step interactive program that will help you:
- Identify the best ways to handle anger.
- Understand how pride, fear, loneliness, and inferiority feed your
anger.
- Uncover and eliminate the myths that perpetuate anger—“Letting go of
my anger means I
am conceding defeat” or “No one understands my unique problems.”
- Identify learned patterns of relating, thinking, and behaving
in your life that influence your
anger.
Applied Vitaflex
Vitaflex is an ancient healing modality that was rediscovered
by Stanley Burroughs in the late 1920's. Vitaflex is a
digital pressure technique that activates neuro pathways,
delivering benefits of the essential oils. The body has a
self-regulating electrical system that Vitaflex stimulates.
Emotional Release with Essential
Oils Clinical research shows that traumatic
experiences are stored on a cellular level and have profound
effects on one's emotions and the physical state of the body.
During an Emotional Release session, essential oil blends are
both applied and inhaled.
These blends are formulated for their unique ability to:
- Balance energies in the body and open the
subconscious mind
- Promote emotional release of negative stored
memories
- Program the mind with positive beliefs
Healing Oils Ancient Scripture is full
of hundreds of references to "precious" oils: Aloes, Cassia,
Frankincense, Galbanum, Hyssop, Balm, Spikenard, Cedar wood,
Myrrh, and many more. They were considered: "the best
products of the land," "the work of a skilled apothecary,"
"most holy," and "treasured gifts". Essential oils have
valuable roles in ancient and modern day health care and show
how they are intricately designed by our Great Creator.
Stress Management and Relaxation Techniques
There is no question that we live in stressful times. There is so much to do
everyday that it often seems virtually impossible to keep up. As demands and
expectations grow in every part of our live – careers, family
relationships/responsibilities, home maintenance, community involvement’s,
etc. – healthy priorities are often lost and personal distress increases.
When a person is subjected to a stress-producing event, known as a stressor
(a challenge, pressure, stimulus, external influence, etc.) it is registered
in the brain. The brain gives various parts of the body instructions for a
chain of different reactions known as the stress reaction or stress
response. The truth is we all have an internal stress management program, of
which we may well be completely unaware. The trick is to become more
conscious of our natural coping behaviors.
Everyone has a set of coping behaviors which involve defense mechanisms and
actions, to help them deal with stress in and out of the workplace. Some of
these programs are conscious, helpful and constructive, others are not. Some
are totally subconscious.
To effectively cope with this complicated world you need to develop a stress
management program that is uniquely tailored to who we are. Through the
insights gained by using the various profiles and completing the exercises
in sessions, you should be more aware of your own stress levels. When you
are aware of your own stress levels and coping behaviors you are better
equipped to develop an effective stress management program for your life.
Truth Therapy
For most of us, every day brings a mixture of good feelings and bad,
behavior we’re proud of and behavior we’d rather not admit to, cheerful
spirits at times and less agreeable moods at other times. Whether we
struggle with dark moods, angry outbursts, or stressed-out living, at times,
most of us would like to change how we feel. There’s nothing unusual about
that. Yet for some of us, negative feelings can begin to dominate our lives,
crippling our ability to function effectively, destroying our relationships,
or spinning us into a downward spiral of depression or self-loathing.
What we often fail to recognize is the connection between our feelings, our
thoughts, and the ongoing internal monologue we carry on with ourselves at
all times. This internal monologue—our self-talk—is the way we interpret
events, emotions, and circumstances. The words and images running through
our minds begin at an early age and determine our feelings and actions, our
moods and habits. For many of us, our self-talk can be largely misinformed
and distorted, causing emotional turmoil, maladaptive behavior, or
relational difficulties. By never addressing the “miss-beliefs” that inform
our self-talk, we become victims of circumstances, events, and painful
emotions. Like a fish on a hook, we allow our emotions to be yanked and
tugged by everyday events and circumstances, regardless of the direction we
are trying to swim.
Identifying your self-talk is the first step in determining what your basic
beliefs are, beliefs that are the primary source of your attitudes,
reactions, feelings, and behaviors. Truth Therapy
will help you get in touch with your self talk and help you learn how to
change the miss-beliefs to truth.
Raindrop Technique
Raindrop originated in the 1980's through the research of Dr. D. Gary Young.
Raindrop is a powerful, non-invasive tool integrating the art of aromatic
science with the technique of Vitaflex and gentle applications of
therapeutic grade oils on the feet and back. The purpose of Raindrop
Technique is to stimulate every organ, muscle and bone at a cellular level
bringing the body into structural and electrical balance, enabling the
release of toxins wherever they may be. This may include those lodged in the
mind and emotions.
